The Tender Filet - Price issues

I am blown away at how expensive things are. I think the biggest rip off of their whole company is to buy more save more deal.

You can pick between 4 ready to eat entrées that feed one person. By the time you order three for the bargain price 54.48 , you're paying almost 20 bucks for each entrée. These entrées range in size between a 9 ounce size and an 11 ounce size.

Way too tiny to pay 20 bucks. Shame on you.

Finally cancelled took ,40min she assured me it was canceled so then I ordered my meat from another place. It was ordered on December 11th that was supposed to be there and shipped on the 13th so I try to cancel it on the 19th.

They said they canceled it. Thank goodness cuz them to give me somewhere else but guess what it is now December 30th it just came in the mail. I talked to someone the other day and they said it was on the way and they couldn't cancel it. I just wanted to double check now I have 450 worth of meat.

I said I don't want. They told me they can't exchange it. So I need to go somewhere, donate it and then send the receipt to them.

In the meantime I have to pay this bill. Never received the product but I got a bill and don't get me going about the partner company they have

I ordered the baby back ribs as a Christmas present. Out of the two 1/2 racks, 1 was tender & one was very tough. I was very disappointed because of it.r

I would like to see a credit issued for the 1 1/2 racks of ribs. It was so tough the person I sent it to couldn't chew it!!

The meat doesn't even look like real meat, absolutely no flavor either. The garlic butter doesn't taste like butter or garlic.

Definitely not worth the price. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Never cooking them over 140 degrees.

The lobster tails I received from the Tender Filet were very tough. I ended up throwing them out.

Products right of the light because of the hurricane storm and all over dry ice already gone away, and the food was spoiled. The associate that helped me get the order replaced was very helpful.

Resolved: I ordered for Thanksgiving in October. I received my order but it was damaged. I immediately called and was assured it would be replaced before Thanksgiving.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They refunded the product and told me it would be there in time for Thanksgiving.

It was not, had to totally rearrange my plans. I took a chance and ordered another brisket for Christmas.

It arrived with the box smashed and the brisket opened. They refunded it but as they are unreliable, I will never use them again.

I did not receive my order and had to run out to the butcher at 4:30p on the 22nd. Things were picked over and I ended up spending a small fortune so I could get a good piece of brisket. I am not happy!!

DoTracking number not found on FedEx for shipped order. Cannot get a human on the phone after calling in.

Just saying high call volume and to call back later. Truly pathetic.

I could not have made it without this company. They helped me during Covid and the company has always been super nice to me.

The foods are better and selected packages cheaper then other big status companies. Tender Filet helped me when made 970per month and buying a car.

The company has always given me good service and given me wonderful frozen foods.

They helped during Covid. Been good therefore I highly recommend them to buy.

Tried to cancel weeks ago they will not cancel your prescription or prescriptions that they signed me up for their ***

I canceled prescription weeks ago and you just keep taking money out of my account. You suck.

I dont want the prescription anymore so can I please cancel it you signed me up for a couple different prescriptions and you keep taking *** money out of my account and Im sick of it. Thats why I want to cancel because youre *** and I would never refer anybody to this *** site again tried to cancel prescription. I should say prescriptions because you signed me up for more than I agreed-upon. Keep taking money out of my account.

Im sick of it.

Im going to call the bank as well. Youre a bunch of *** They just take money out of peoples accounts without their authority I want to refund.
